Comments reflect the view of the poster, not the Company. 2. Orders, Pricing & Payments

2.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to Company approval. Custom-mixed paint and special-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once prepared. 2.2 Accuracy of Info: The Customer is responsible for providing accurate color codes and specifications. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer. 2.3 Payment Terms: Credit terms are subject to approval. Invoices not paid by the due date incur a late charge of 1.5% per month. 2.4 Collections: The Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees, for past-due balances.

3. Delivery, Risk & Storage

3.1 Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon physical delivery or signature. If delivery is requested without a signature, risk transfers the moment goods are left at the designated location. 3.2 Inspection: All shortages or visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery. Failure to do so constitutes full acceptance of the goods. 3.3 Environmental Responsibility: Automotive materials are temperature-sensitive. The Company is not responsible for product failure caused by improper storage, freezing, or extreme heat once the product has been delivered.

4. Returns & Color Matching

4.1 Standard Returns: Requests must be made within 30 days. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to standard stock items. 4.2 Non-Returnable Items: Custom-mixed paint, special orders, and products made to customer specifications cannot be returned. 4.3 Color Match Disclaimer: Due to vehicle aging, fading, and application techniques, we do not guarantee an exact color match. The Customer must perform a spray-out test panel prior to full application. The Company is not liable for labor or repainting costs due to color variance.

5. Liability & Warranties

5.1 Warranty Disclaimer: All products are sold subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty. Senior’s Automotive Refinish makes no additional express or implied warranties. 5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, labor costs, or business interruption. 5.3 Website Availability: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information on our website is complete or that the website will remain available at all times.

6. Communication & Legal

6.1 SMS/Electronic Alerts: By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive order updates and promotions. Message/data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out. 6.2 Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. 6.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
